COET COCOEH（ココエと読みます）
高島匡未によるひとりユニット。
ピアノ音響～エレクトロまで作詞・作曲・トラックメイク・演奏・録音を自由に構築するニュータイプ。
表記により表現方法を変え、活動している。

coet cocoeh(小文字表記）＝ピアノココエ/原点・NO FASHION
1996年「それでよかったのか？（後ネルソングレートに改名）」を結成後、1999年初のミニアルバム「それでよかったのか？」をリリース。2000年アルバム「トラウマ」（キティMME)でメジャーデビュー後、2003年ミニアルバム「イメージ」を発表。2004年よりソロユニットCOET COCOEHとして始動。2006年には高島が指揮を取るエクスペリメンタルポップグループ「miu mau 」も始動し、発売したアルバム「DESING」はスマッシュヒットを遂げている。あらゆる音楽を斬新に取り入れ、変幻自在で常に新しい世界を作り出している高島の動向に全国の音楽ファンから注目を集めている。

COET COCOEH (It is read as [kokoe]) : Japan-born Masami Takashima a.k.a. COET COCOEH releases what is electropop album [MODERN TEMPO]. She produced herself, makes the tune, plays, arranges, manipulates the electronic sound, sings, and records. The influenced music is KRAFTWERK,Clara Ward, Hercvles And Love Affair,Juana Molina, and Neil Young, etc.
She started the piano, the saxophone and the Chinese-poem recitation when it was young. She forms the rock band in one's teens, and is putting several CD albums on the market. COET COCOEH was started alone in 2004. The first album only of the piano and the song was announced in 2006.
She play as a leader of miu mau in parallel with COET COCOEH now. miu mau is experimaental funny pop by 3 girls. miu mau's CD album recorded the little hit in Japan 2008.
She is continuing a new challenge while changing.
